BACK TO TRAINING

Further to the Government's Road Map out of Lockdown from 29 March, outdoor training is going to be permitted with provisos .  The guidelines from our Governing Body say we can restart coaching but it is only 1 coach to 6 athletes to start with.  This obviously means we will have to restrict our numbers.  Also, our outdoor venue is not confirmed.  Where we train will depend on when it is light enough in the evenings and whether we will have permission to use the track or not.  Details will be posted on where, when and how to register.

CHRISTMAS WISHES

Wishing all our Coaches, Athletes and Supporters a Safe, Healthy and as Happy Christmas as possible in these difficult times.  We look forward to 2021 with hope that we will soon be back training and competing.

VERY SAD NEWS- (Message from Deborah)

Yesterday I was informed of the dreadfully sad news that Richard Cawley, my other co-founder of our club, had died. He was diagnosed in the summer which makes his passing so tragically quick for those of us who knew him and for his wife and family.  I know all of us send his family our deepest condolences.  He was a lovely man who will  be very fondly remembered  and much missed.  Rest in Peace Richard.
